FROM ILANDAG SA TO MINERA GROUP
The road that began in 1996 outgrew its own boundaries over time.
As Ilandag SA grew over the years, its experience, geography, project scale and goals grew with it. An activity that started in one direction turned into a large system bringing together various fields.
There came a time when the existing name was no longer enough to express this scale.
And so *Minera Group* was born, uniting 30 years of experience, everything that was built and a vision for the future under one identity.
This is not just a change of name. It is a new step from the past to the future, a new expression of strength built over the years.

30 YEARS | 1996–2026
Starting in 1996, Minera Group's path of development today brings together 30 years of experience, broad areas of activity and professional teams across various directions.
Under the leadership of Khudagulu Ahad oglu Rzayev, the company has expanded its scale over the years, gained important experience in construction and infrastructure, created new directions and grown into a diversified group of companies.
Today Minera Group works in building residential complexes and private houses, delivering large infrastructure projects, road and tunnel construction, construction and repair works, architecture and design services, building materials production, education and consulting.
A single approach that brings different directions together allows Minera Group to offer broad capabilities from a project's idea to its implementation.

NAP Narimanov district building
Built in 2007-2008 and opened with the participation of Ali Ahmadov, First Deputy Chairman of NAP.

Memorial complex built in memory of those who died in 1941-1945
Built in 2008. Opened with the participation of the ambassadors of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other former Soviet Republics, and Azerbaijani war veterans.

Zarifa Aliyeva kindergarten
Reconstruction and repair works began in 2008, and it was opened in 2009 with the participation of Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Republican Children's Psychoneurological Hospital
Construction of the building began in 2008, and it was opened in 2009 with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva.

Located near Koroglu metro station, Lake City turned a place that had been an industrial zone for years into a new residential concept.
